Mr. Cupini formed Proteus Capital Holdings in 2013 to leverage 30 years of diverse financial leadership and experience in the Investment industry.  His background has included managing private equity portfolios, running a Nationally recognized Investment Advisory Firm as well as significant investment banking assignments,  & raising capital to name a few.....

Mr. Cupini most recently ran STL Capital Holdings a boutique Investment Banking Firm focused on assignments with companies in $50 mil to $250 mil market cap range. Prior, Mr. Cupini was the Founder of STL Capital Partners, a private equity fund / Hedge Fund created to take advantage of niche equity investments in micro-nano cap public companies. Formerly, Mr. Cupini was Chief Investment Officer of Anthony Advisors, a nationally-recognized and registered investment advisory firm.

Mr. Cupini began his investment career with American Express Financial Advisors (now Ameriprise) where he at the time was the youngest individual to earn the prestigious designation of Master Advisor and was consistently in the top producing 3% of the 6,500 advisors at American Express.
